The Gentleman Mage

Effective October 7, 2026

Privacy Policy

We keep this short and plain. Here is what we collect on thegentlemanmage.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. We also automatically note which page of our site you signed up from, so we can tell which pages and ads are working. Signups are stored in a Google Sheet through Google Forms.

When you browse, our hosting provider and the services described below receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, your browser type, and the page you are viewing.

How we use your email

We use your email address to send you news about the waitlist and our launch, and to tell you about our current and future products. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we’ll take you off the list. We do not sell or rent your email, and we do not send it to advertisers.

Analytics and advertising

Cloudflare Web Analytics. Our site runs on Cloudflare, and we use its privacy-first analytics to see overall page views and which websites send visitors our way. It does not use cookies, and it shows us totals rather than profiles of individual visitors.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel on our site uses cookies and similar technology to tell Meta when someone views a page or joins the waitlist, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta may receive details such as your IP address, browser information, the page you visited, and its own cookie identifiers, and uses them under Meta’s Privacy Policy. We never send your email address to Meta.

Fonts. Our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives basic technical information, such as your IP address, when a page loads.

Your choices

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including in several US states, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for asking.

We do not sell personal information. Some state laws treat advertising tools like the Meta Pixel as “sharing” for targeted advertising; the choices above let you limit that.

Other sites

Our site links to our Discord community, and our ads appear on Facebook and Instagram. Those services are run by other companies under their own privacy policies.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has joined our waitlist, email us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it or we no longer need the waitlist.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our site changes. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
